Multiple Teams · Fall Sports Update

The following items must be completed in order for student athletes to be eligible to participate in fall sports.

  • A current physical must be on file in the athletic office prior to tryouts/practice on 8/1/17.
  • Parents & students must sign necessary forms on Final Forms prior to 8/1/17.  Be sure to select the student’s sport(s) as well. They are cleared each year.  Incoming freshman will need to select their high school.  If you did not register a Final forms account for your student then please do so prior to 8/1/17 & complete all necessary forms.
  • Any past due fees (academic & athletic) must be paid in full prior to 9/5/17.  Fees can be paid through PowerSchool once available on Aug. 9th.  Current fall Pay-to-Participate fees have not yet been added to students fees so we ask that you wait to send in payments.  Fall PTP fees are anticipated to be entered the week of Aug. 7th (after rosters are set for all sports).
